Shiny and Durable : Konnet Shine Metallic iPhone 3G/3GS Slim, Anti-scratch Case with Mirror Screen Protection Film - Two-in-One Pack - Silver/Blue
I bought this double pack of Konnet Shine Metallic iPhone case covers for approximately ten bucks from amazon-marketplace vendor J&R Music/Computer World here on amazon. I selected this blue case which also came with a silver case. I find that I like the silver case a lot more. If Konnet had a double pack of only two silver case covers, I would want to get that now. But it seems like there are only double packs of blue/silver, red/silver, and pink/silver. So maybe I'll get the red/silver pack next time. This came with a regular screen protector and a "mirror" screen protector but I never bother with screen protectors. I don't know how long this will last, but I want to get an Apple logo sticker decal (from ebay) to put on the case and it'll all look complete. The case is very shiny and is easy to put on and take off. This case is snug and fits very well, but is not bulky as some other case covers. I like this case cover.
Addendum: One other thing to note -- once you put it on, keep it on. Or at least be careful if you always like taking it off. Otherwise if you keep taking it off and putting it back on, the case may seem to get loose -- or, at worse, you may crack the case. I have a tiny hairline crack on my silver case now - I put some tape on the inside of the case to secure the crack which is barely noticeable. Still looks okay, but I may get another one because I do like the silver case. Also, just want to confirm that you can get an Apple logo sticker decal on ebay to put on the case if you are also the type of person who has to have the logo on the case cover.
